Zogmarexex provides creative services including podcast production, video editing, animation, and motion graphics. As these are custom services tailored to your specific needs, standard return policies do not apply in the traditional sense.
Revision Policy
We offer revision rounds as part of our service packages to ensure your complete satisfaction. The number of revision rounds depends on your selected service package. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your project before work begins for a full refund of any deposit paid. Once work has commenced, cancellation is subject to payment for completed work. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if we fail to deliver services as agreed upon in your service contract. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of project completion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Quality Assurance
We are committed to delivering high-quality work that meets your specifications. If you are not satisfied with the final deliverables, we will work with you to make necessary adjustments within the scope of your service agreement.
Digital Deliverables
All deliverables are provided in digital format. Once files are delivered and approved, they become your responsibility. We recommend keeping backup copies of all delivered files. We retain project files for a limited time after delivery.
